| It has been proven by numerous survey's
and recorded statistics, that most employees do not truly work for the
satisfaction of money alone. Most employees seek to find long term
job satisfaction through communion with their work associates in an out of
the work place or company environment.
How can a company or business balance their team work force into a happy harmonious working environment ? How can a business or company manage the job satisfaction of all its employee's ? After all happy employee's means less work place stress, which equates to less days off from sick leave. Less arguments or incidences in the workplace. Less damage to company equipment. Less people leaving to seek better employment opportunities. By reducing the above problems the employer has to spend less money on solutions to deal with these problems. Sick leave requires finding an paying relief staff. Work place arguments require conflict resolution. Damaged equipment due to employee apathy in the work place requires an immediate financial outlay for any business.

Figure 1 |
|||||
| The above table in figure 1
shows a company with 9 employees. I have chosen to use a simple 3x3 matrix
for a start so as to allow people to follow along. In a true company the
matrix would be the size of the number of employees which would be matched
to the number of jobs allocated in the company.
The numbers in the table of figure 1 could be configured in either direction. Number One could represent the best and 9 the worst, or visa-versa 9 could be best an one the worst. It really depends on the view of the individual, company or business When using any natural matrix all orders of operation usually balance. We can see that by tabulating all employees into their work order, job status, individual skills, or managerial status we can quickly ascertain that the business or company can be come balanced an harmonious in all it's operations.
Here in figure 2 we see how nature places the natural order of our employees together with all other laboring and managerial structures of the company. Natural Matrix order states that employees 8,1 and 6 are suited to work together best. Likewise employee 3,5 & 7; an employees 4,9,2 are better suited to work together. Nature places those in a highly job skilled or managerial positions along side of those with a low job skill but high labor skill position. Does the matrix state that by dispersing the management portion of your work force amongst the labor side of your work force stop either the labor or managerial employees from working together as a separate individual groups? No it does not, for the natural order of any matrix allows all groups inside the matrix to work in harmony with every other system, group or single construct. The natural order of the matrix in figure 2 is three groups of three people. This allows for one managerial person for every two laboring personnel. The matrix also states that there is a group of 3 managers at the top of the company structure; a group of 3 employee's progressing through the middle of the company structure; an a group of 3 people lowest who are starting out in the company structure.

Every person in the company
should be given every opportunity to advance or digress throughout the
entire company. All employees should be given a chance to do every other
persons job at some stage in the future of the company. This in not only
good for personnel morale but also good for the company financial
structure, as any person can be quickly replaced without major down time
to the company production level.
The single 3x3 matrix shown in our case is signified as one whole company. The single individual cells of the matrix represent the employees of the company. Placing those employees into their correct natural talented positions inside of the company matrix structure, allows the whole company to work as one whole uniform structure. Which will achieve a single working harmonious result. This is because nature and natural order makes this so. By mapping these types of structures into a matrix we can quickly see how nature shows us its desired intention for all. A matrix is the fairest most harmonious structure known as it shows us how every single object in the structure cycles through every other position in the structure an still maintains its separate individuality within the whole. This is true from atoms to planets an island universes. This Fact Remains Unbreakable Natural Law. I will also show you how the natural order of any matrix states this to be so. Many would have heard of the phase "birds of a feather flock together". Well this is true with the natural order for people as well as birds and animals. In any corporate industry or sporting body alike minded, interested or spirited people come together an work harmoniously together to achieve their required goals and/or final production. They must all work in one unified whole team otherwise there could be no final product or working result. Example: if the important individual parts of a vehicle where omitted from it's final design, then there could be no functional use for the vehicle, it could never work as a whole. It is the separate individual constructs of the entire vehicle matrix that work in harmony with all others to build the vehicle and to keep it working. So too it is the same with company matrix show in figure 2 & 3 .
